I am terribly sorry for the confusion and delay in rearranging this camp information. This is an Elite level camp meant for girls tryout for AA and boys trying out for AAA, for the 2024-25 season. Skaters at this level should be aspiring to, or currently playing the highest level of hockey for their gender.

Location: Invista Centre, Desjardins, Selkirk and CUPE 109 Pads
Time: Wednesdays 6:30am - 7:30am
Friday April 12th 7:00am - 8:00am on Selkirk
Mondays 6:00am - 7:00am
Dates: Monday April 15 on CUpE 109
Wednesdays April 10 and 17 on Desjardins.
Friday April 12th on Selkirk,
Age Group: U10-U12 for the 2024-25 season.
Level: Aspiring girls AA, Boys AAA, Non gender specific.
Session Cap: 12 skaters
Cost: $160 tax incl. Due upon confirmation of registration.
This camp level will work on all the skills that the other groups do but my expectation level and the speed of execution will be higher. Edges, posture, and balance will all be covered in warm-ups so that we can get to the finer points of forward stride, crossovers, acceleration and power. Turns will play a huge part in this camp as will back backwards starts and skating. In this camp, I hope to be able to teach new skills and turns to better prepare participants for todays game like Slide turns and others.
