Program Update

Hello everyone and Happy Hockey Season. Things seem to be in full swing at local rinks as teams begin to play there first actual games in What seems like forever. As the season gets underway, so does peoples search for skating and hockey skills programs. Here is a quick update from our side of the situation.

I have spoken with Facilities and because Kingston is short 2 arenas (Memorial Centre and one pad at the Cataraqui) private user groups such as Focused Skating have little to no ice available to rent. The timeline given was perhaps December but more than likely January before there would be any open bookings. Unfortunately, that is just about the time that teams start to prepare for the playoffs.

There are other local arenas that i will be researching in terms of available ice but I would imagine that they will be short as well. I am actively trying to rectify the situation, so please be patient.

In the mean time, I am still available to do team practices, either on a casual basis or on contract (please check the ”Book Now” tab for pricing) so please feel free to reach out to me and we can set something up.

I wish i had better NEWS but it has been a very interesting time and although it is improving, it is not happening very quickly.

Thanks as always for your interest in my programs. Ben.
