Focused Skating Update

So, it has been a while since I have posted and given any sort of update on upcoming camps. I have changed jobs and work nights now, so it’s been hard to balance skating, life and work.

The season is almost half over and my team practices and regular sessions with the Hockey Associations is keeping me busy. This year, I have added work with two teams, as well as privately booked sessions, so I am at the rink quite a bit, but none of these sessions open up spots for others to join.

I have had some lengthy conversations with parents and skaters over the last few weeks and they have given me some really great ideas, so stay tuned for information as it is posted.

I may also look at a camp over the Christmas Holidays, but time is running late for that, so I would have to get on it right away if I was going to do anything. If this is a time that might interest you, please drop me a note and let me know. I think that mid season Christmas Session focus would be quick feet and excelleration as well as forward stride mechanics.

My focus for the Spring, will be to book ice and run a session that likely starts just after play-offs in March and would carry us in to April as well as a Camp in August, just before AAA try-outs.

Thanks for your patience.
