Below you will find all the information and dates for our Fall Programming. This fall I will be focusing efforts on the U9 to U14 age groups. As always, there is some leeway to accommodate scheduling and siblings.

U9 to U13 - OPEN, KINGSTON

Location: CUPE 109 Pad Invista Centre, Kingston, Ontario

Time: 6:00am to 7:00am

Dates: Mondays, Sept. 15, 22, 29, Oct. 6, 20, 27, Nov. 3 and 10th (8 Sessions)

Age Group: U9 to U13 Any Level

Session Cap: 12 skaters

Cost: 8 Sessions $315.00 HST Included

This camp is listed as OPEN to give everyone the opportunity to skate it but I expect the speed and intensity to be a level that will push every level. Especially at this age, edges play a huge role in my camps and this one will be no different, as we will need them to move on to more complex skills like crossovers, turns, pivots and transitions. Of course, forward striding, starts, stops and acceleration will be covered both forwards and backwards. This a good all around camp for anyone looking to improve their skating base and add some new skills in the process.

U9 to U13 - Rep and Up, KINGSTON

Location: CUPE 109 Pad Invista Centre, Kingston, Ontario

Time: 6:00am to 7:00am

Dates: Mondays, Nov. 17, 24, Dec. 1, 8, 15 and 22nd (6 Sessions)

Age Group: U9 to U13 Rep and Up

Session Cap: 12 skaters

Cost: 7 Sessions $235.00 HST Included

This camp is listed as Rep and up, so it includes Roster Select and Up. It is essentially the same as my regular camp only we will push the skaters further in their development, breaking down technique in striding, backwards skating, crossovers both directions and of course turns and pivots. my expectation level is all that changes. This will be a faster paced session in both difficulty and speed of execution.

U10 to U14 - A to AAA, AMHERSTVIEW

Location: W. J. Henderson Arena, Amherstview, Ontario

Time: 7:00am to 8:00am

Dates: Tuesdays, Sept. 30, Oct. 7, 14, 21, 28 and Nov. 4th(6 Sessions)

Age Group: U10 to U14 A to AAA

Session Cap: 12 skaters

Cost: 6 Sessions $235.00 HST Included

Players at this level need constant fine tuning and work on technique to optimize their power and speed. In this camp we will definitely work the little things like edges and crossovers but we will put more emphasis on the skills needed to excel at a high level. We will take in in-depth look at turns, pivots and transitions as well.
