This April, I am pleased to be offering two pre-tryout camps. Both camps are geared towards players looking to maintain the level they are currently playing but add quickness, agility and lateral mobility to their arsenal or players that are looking to move up a category (or 2) next season. Drills will be fast best still follow my fundamentals before power philosophy. I will be integrating some pucks into select drills close to the end of camp but skaters already get pucks at most other skills sessions and on practices, so I try not to duplicate.
ALL CAMPS ARE NON-GENDER SPECIFIC.
CAMP 1
